เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน

เงื่อนไขนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับ พรพรรษา วุฒิสารวัฒนา ผู้ให้บริการแอป Natt Me และเว็บไซต์ nattme.com ("Natt Me" หรือ "เรา") การสร้างบัญชีหรือใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
1. บริการของเรา
Natt Me รวมปฏิทินจากบัญชีที่คุณเชื่อม (เช่น Google, Microsoft หรือปฏิทินในเครื่อง) ไว้ในมุมมองเดียว แจ้งเตือนเมื่อนัดทับเวลากัน และให้คุณแชร์ช่วงเวลาว่างหรือไม่ว่างให้คนอื่นดู ในปัจจุบัน Natt Me อ่านปฏิทินอย่างเดียว การสร้างหรือแก้ไขนัดทำในแอปปฏิทินต้นทางของคุณ
2. บัญชีและอายุ
- คุณต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปจึงจะใช้บริการได้
- คุณรับผิดชอบการดูแลบัญชีที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ และกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชีของคุณ
- ข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ต้องเป็นความจริง และไม่ปลอมตัวเป็นบุคคลอื่น
3. การใช้งานที่ห้าม
- ใช้บริการเพื่อกระทำผิดกฎหมาย หลอกลวง หรือคุกคามผู้อื่น
- ส่งข้อความหรือคำขอนัดจำนวนมากที่ผู้รับไม่ต้องการ
- ดึงข้อมูลจากบริการด้วยวิธีอัตโนมัติ เจาะระบบ หรือพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่ไม่ใช่ของคุณ
- เชื่อมบัญชีปฏิทินที่คุณไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้ หรือแชร์ข้อมูลของผู้อื่นโดยไม่มีสิทธิ์
4. ลิงก์ตารางที่แชร์
ทุกคนที่มีลิงก์ที่คุณแชร์ สามารถเปิดดูช่วงเวลาตามระดับที่คุณเลือกได้ โดยไม่ต้องมีบัญชี คุณจึงควรส่งลิงก์ให้เฉพาะคนที่ต้องการ และหยุดแชร์ลิงก์ได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าตั้งค่าการแชร์
5. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
บริการทำงานร่วมกับ Google, Microsoft, Apple, LINE, Facebook, LinkedIn และ WhatsApp ซึ่งมีเงื่อนไขของตัวเอง หากบริการเหล่านั้นหยุดทำงาน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือองค์กรของคุณไม่อนุญาตให้เชื่อม บางฟีเจอร์ของ Natt Me อาจใช้งานไม่ได้
6. ค่าบริการ
ปัจจุบัน Natt Me ใช้งานได้ฟรี หากในอนาคตมีแพ็กเกจที่ต้องชำระเงิน เราจะแจ้งราคา รอบการต่ออายุ และวิธียกเลิกให้ชัดเจนก่อนซื้อ การชำระเงินผ่าน App Store หรือ Google Play เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขของร้านค้านั้น
7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ชื่อ Natt Me ซอฟต์แวร์ และการออกแบบของบริการเป็นของเรา ข้อมูลปฏิทินของคุณยังเป็นของคุณ และเราใช้ข้อมูลนั้นตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวเท่านั้น
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เราพยายามให้บริการถูกต้องและพร้อมใช้งาน แต่ข้อมูลอาจอัปเดตล่าช้าจากปฏิทินต้นทาง หรือบริการอาจหยุดชั่วคราว คุณควรตรวจสอบนัดสำคัญในปฏิทินต้นทางเสมอ ภายในขอบเขตที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ ทั้งนี้ ไม่ตัดหรือจำกัดความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามไม่ให้ตัดหรือจำกัด
9. การระงับและการยกเลิก
คุณเลิกใช้และลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อจากในแอป เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ละเมิดเงื่อนไขนี้ โดยจะแจ้งเหตุผลเท่าที่ทำได้
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
หากเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขในสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งในแอปและขอให้คุณยอมรับอีกครั้งก่อนใช้งานต่อ

Terms of Service
Effective date: October 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pornpunsa Wuttisanwattana, who operates the Natt Me app and the nattme.com website ("Natt Me", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our service
Natt Me brings calendars from the accounts you connect (such as Google, Microsoft, or your on-device calendars) into one view, tells you when events overlap, and lets you share your busy and flexible times with others. Natt Me currently reads your calendars only; you create or edit events in your original calendar app.
2. Accounts and age
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for the account you sign in with and for activity in your account.
- The information you provide must be true, and you may not impersonate anyone.
3. Prohibited use
- Using the service to break the law, deceive, or harass others.
- Sending large numbers of unwanted messages or meeting requests.
- Scraping the service, breaking into it, or trying to access data that is not yours.
- Connecting calendar accounts you are not allowed to use, or sharing other people's data without the right to do so.
4. Shared schedule links
Anyone with a link you share can view your times at the level you chose, without an account. Share links only with people who need them. You can stop sharing any link at any time in the sharing settings.
5. Third-party services
The service works with Google, Microsoft, Apple, LINE, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, which have their own terms. If those services stop working, change, or your organization does not allow a connection, some Natt Me features may not work.
6. Fees
Natt Me is currently free. If paid plans are offered later, we will clearly show the price, renewal period, and how to cancel before you buy. Payments through the App Store or Google Play follow that store's terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Natt Me name, software, and design belong to us. Your calendar data remains yours, and we use it only as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but information may update later than your original calendar, and the service may be temporarily unavailable. Always check important events in your original calendar. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms and will explain why where we can.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app and ask you to accept the new terms before you continue.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
